Q10™ PLASTIC INJECTION WAX
Q10™
is a special PLASTIC INJECTION WAX for metal molds. Injected under high
pressure, it
results in perfect copies of the metal mold. No sinking due to fast
cooling.
Suitable for
the production of very precise wax pattern to be used for Lost-Wax
Casting.
No need of
mold release agents like talcum powder or silicon oil.
Unlike
traditional injection waxes, pattern made from Q10™ will not
become brittle, will not
be damaged
easily and can be stored for a long time.
Q10™
burns completely during the burn-out cycle in the furnace.
Density: 0,9
like common injection waxes and therefore the usual metal-wax ratio.
Q10™
can NOT be used in rubber molds.
